Project Overview
A client needed their ManyChat conversations to automatically create deals in their CRM. We built a server-side integration that syncs data both ways, plus a Chrome extension widget that adds quick-jump buttons to both platforms — click to go from a chat directly to the deal, or from a deal straight to the conversation.
